Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuntaMe mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Punta Me ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You should not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

3. Camera and QR Scanning Features

PuntaMe may request access to your device camera to provide QR code scanning and related functionality. Camera data is used only to deliver app features as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of scanning features complies with local laws, permissions, and third-party rights.

4. Accounts and Security

If account creation is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly of unauthorized account use at support@punta.me.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Punta Me and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punta Me shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
